AKSON has been a manufacturer of tools for plastic processing since the beginning of its operation, specializing in injection and blow moulds for the packaging industry.

Our experienced staff, research and development facilities, modern CNC machines located in air-conditioned rooms and a quality control department equipped with precise measuring machines is the heart of our tool shop.

We control the progress of work and plan using advanced IT tools that have been adapted and implemented in accordance with our individual needs.

We design plastic packaging in our R&D department, have in-house mould design department, which gives us an undoubted advantage on the mould making market, allowing us to provide our customers with optimal and comprehensive solutions.

We test injection moulds and carry out their technical acceptance at the test station, where the injection moulding machine is located with all necessary equipment.

Should you wish to make a longer test series (several dozen to several hundred thousand pieces), the moulds are transferred to our plastic processing plant and production is carried out there.

The tool shop operates in accordance with the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, for which it has an appropriate certificate.

Thanks to the experience gained over years of activity in the plastic packaging industry, we are able to implement the most demanding and complex projects.

We provide services in the field of designing all types of closures, including safety caps, flip top caps, caps with tamper evident band, droppers and multi-element jars, jars with an undercut, mascaras, elements for roll-on packaging.

For the extrusion blow moulding technology (EBM), we design bottles and canisters, including stackable ones, funnels and other containers.

We conduct injection moulding simulations of articles and optimize them in terms of technology and economy of production.

In order to verify functionality, we determine all parameters that the packaging should meet: closing and opening forces, unscrewing and screwing torques, tightness, etc.

Our tool shop offers services in the scope of:

inspections, repairs and corrections of moulds,

grinding:

– shafts and holes,

– tool,

– surface,

milling,

precision turning in materials above 40HR,

drilling,

sandblasting,

drilling of cooling systems,

measurements on a coordinate machine, screwing and unscrewing forces, pressing and opening forces.
