Cleanroom – production standards

Our  ISO 8 and ISO 7 class clean rooms  allow us to produce plastic parts for the pharmaceutical and medical industries.

 

Production is carried out on machines with a clamping force from 45 tons to 160 tons.

In addition, we are able to produce small parts on our BOY-10t micro injection moulding machine.

 

Cleanroom is equipped with a robot to pick up plastic parts and arrange them for further processing or packing, assembly machines (cap lining,  CR caps assembly).

 

Thanks to our R&D department and toolshop we are able to help our customers with development of new products at stage of design, build injection moulds and implement them into production.

We also carry out production of plastic parts on moulds entrusted to us by customers.

 

We conduct production in accordance with the requirements of the following standards:

 

– EN ISO 9001:2015,

 

– EN ISO 15378:2017,

 

– EN ISO 13485:2016.

Products and services

Our closures dedicated for the pharmaceutical industry include in particular 38/400 and 45/400 caps for loose products and tablets; a 14mm cap with temper evident band assembled with a dropper used as a closure for eye drops or hydrogen peroxide; a snap closure with a tear-off band, optionally equipped with a moisture desiccant.

 

In addition to the production of standard closures in the cleanroom, we are a contract manufacturer for the medical industry on customer-supplied moulds, some of which were built in our tool shop.

 

We are open to cooperation in the scope of new projects related to plastics processing by injection moulding in cleanroom conditions for the pharmaceutical and medical industry.
