Plastics processing department

Our plastics processing department specializes in production of all types of closures and other packaging elements using the injection moulding method.

 

The largest part of our production are our standard closures, i.e.: child resistant caps with tamper evident band for canisters, flip top caps for cosmetic bottles, snap on caps for jars for dietary supplements and caps made of Surlyn for glass bottles for perfumes.

 

In addition to standard closures, we produce articles designed exclusively for the needs of our customers.

We carry out such projects comprehensively: from developing packaging idea in consultation with the customer, through creating a 3D model, making moulds and delivering finished plastic parts.

Additionally, if a packaging includes a bottle (PP, HDPE), we also develop its shape and make moulds, advising where to place its production.

 

It is also possible for us to produce plastic parts on moulds entrusted to us by the customer.

Machinery park

We have 13 injection molding machines (Engel, Krauss Maffei), with clamping forces from 40 to 260 tons and a BOY-10 ton micro injection molding machine.

 

The equipment also includes robots for parts pick up, lines for assembling child resistant caps and for liners assembling.

 

We also assembly parts in a semi-automatic cycle, e.g. assembling multi-element closures.

Standard products

Our standard product range includes primarily:

 

– simple caps for 38/400 and 45/400 threads with liners, e.g. for induction heat sealing, most often used as closures for dietary supplements;

 

– caps with tamper evident band and child resistant caps (safety caps) suitable for canister threads DIN 38, DIN51, DIN61, which are used in the automotive, household and agrochemical industries,

 

– flip top caps for bottles with 20/410, 24/410, 28/410 threads and a 28/410 disc top cap, mostly used as closures for cosmetic bottles.
